Short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, use it to reply to you, and nothing else. No ads, no trackers, no selling data.

What we collect

• Enquiry form data: the name, contact details, and message you submit. This is stored in our lead-management backend so we can respond and keep context for follow-ups.
• Server logs: like almost every website, our web server records standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, browser user-agent, timestamp) for security and debugging. Logs rotate automatically.

What we do not do

• No advertising or third-party marketing trackers.
• No sale or rental of your information to anyone.
• No cookies are set for reading the site. The enquiry form widget may use functional storage strictly to make the form work.

How your enquiry data is used

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes you asked for, and — only if you asked for updates — to tell you when relevant things ship. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.

Data location and retention

Enquiry data lives in our own infrastructure and is retained while it remains relevant to an active conversation or your early-access interest. Ask and we will remove it.

Third-party services

The enquiry form is served by our own lead engine (hypers.in, operated by the same team). Some guides link to external sites such as arduino.cc; their privacy practices are their own.

Children

Our content is used by students. The enquiry form is intended for adults — parents, teachers, and coordinators. Students under 18 should ask a parent or teacher to make contact on their behalf.
